I’ll see if I can add an option for logging the connection errors
if you wait a minute it change?
Unfortunately not
Yep, using the updated key solved my issue.
Thank you @Ralf_Groot
mmm, temperature and humidity is updated…
Maybe i found a bug on app, some capabilities haven’t the updatetime…
i fix on next release
v 0.240118.2
- Tried to fix updateTime error (question mark)
Using “https://CLOUD_ID.connect.athom.com” as “Homey Address” is possibile to use SmartDash from remote.
On next version i add ability to insert CLOUD_ID so you can choose whether to connect remotely or locally.
CLOUD_ID can be found at Homey Developer Tools
@Ralf_Groot , with latest update is working the timestamp?
v 0.240119.2
- added remote login, need homey cloud id.
I tested with app version 0.240118.1 and got no timestamp. The data on the tiles is also not refreshing automaticaly. Only when I change to another panel and back then the value changes.
EDIT: also tested with version 0.240119.2: Cloud connection is working. Timestamp and auto refresh tiles data not.
argh, I didn’t post yesterday’s correction anywhere. New fix coming!
EDIT: if you click refresh button on device list? The timestamp work?
v 0.240119.3
- added remote login, need homey cloud id.
- Devices update: fixed timestamp error when is null (again)
new fix released, some capability has updateTime = null, i think that’s the problem
Tested with cloud and local connection:
- Still no automatic updated values on tiles and no timestamp
- Authorization key was changed again. ([Pro][Dashboard][Android][iOS] SmartDash - a dashboard for Homey - #136 by Ralf_Groot). I’m not familiar with Homey apps, but maybe you have to make a Homey app (with AthomCloudAPI) where you can communicate with? Hopefully there is an other developer who can help you with solving this problem.
Mmm…
In devices section is work?
If not, to understand the problem i have to create you an .apk with some debug section
Can you try if this homeyscript work for get token?
Also in the device section I only see questionmarks at the timestamp values. I tested with version 0.240119.4
I will try the Homey Script tomorrow when I have my laptop on.
If not a smartphone/tablet problem i think is a problem in devices data, i need a copy of it for analysis
