Hi I am new to Homey Pro and tried to search the community but cant find a pool thermometer that I can connect to Homey Pro, I have a distance around 30m. Anyone that have a suggestion Thanks

If range is a problem, you could consider using the Shelly LoRa add-on.

I searched for such a thing myself some years ago. Came up empty handed, either just not available or way to expensive. So, I made my own wifi sensor based on a ESP 8266 and an DS18B20 sensor. Total costs: €20 or so. After four years, it still runs fine. If you’re knowledgeable on Arduino programming, I can send instructions to build your own. Edit: I’m planning to make a zigbee or a bluetooth variant based on a cheap nRF52840 dongle, but that will require experience in embedded software to reproduce. It’ll be about the same price point, use less energy (it should be able to run a whole season from a single powerbank) and more secure.

[image] Poolthermometer Devices The first two devices ICO and Flipr are actually intended to check the water quality, but also measure the temperature. The Ecowitt WN63 Pool Thermostat is designed for pools, as the name suggests. It’s not separate listed in the Homey Misol and Ecowitt App in the App Store, but according to this discussion in the App topic (Link) it seems to work already. The other two Ecowitt temperature sensors are not specific for pools, but they have a probe so that the probe can easily be place…

Thanks a lot to all of you. I will look into all your options and see what is best for my situation - thank you
