hi have added plej to homey but nothing happens when i turn it on and off via the homey app. see attached picture. have tried to redo the installation several times but makes no difference.

Welcome to the community.
Which Plejd App do you use? The Official one, or the Community version.
On the screenshot there is actually nothing to see. Some devices are switched on, others are switched off… 
Maybe you simply provide a little more information. There is also a small guide here.
And if you use the Plejd Community App, please describe the problem in the corresponding topic:

Hello I use the The Official one even though the lamp looks like it’s on and off, it doesn’t work if I choose to turn it on in Homey, nothing happens even though it appears to be on in the app.
I don’t use the Plejd App myself, so I can’t help you any further.
In case that no one else responds here, I would recommend contacting the app support.
I will also suggest to contact Athom. My only suggestion is to use the Community App as I do. But that is not part of the scope for this Topic.
