FAQ

  • Devices are marked as removed?
    When a device is removed from the Plejd instance it needs to be removed from Homey, but as Homey does not allow apps to do so it is marked as removed. If this happened in error, you can either trigger a sync from the native Plejd app or you can try to add new Plejd devices in Homey. It will unmark devices as unavailable when possible.
  • Can inputs of actuators, motion sensors and wall switches be implemented?
    At this time there are no plans to add support for inputs.
  • One of my devices cannot be found within Homey?
    Make sure that the device isn’t hidden from being shown in the room view in app: if it is marked as hidden, it will also not show in integrations such as Homey.

Hi! Are there any plans of making this app support the Plejd WMS-01 motionsensor? It does not show up for me in Homey.

Goodmorning,

After last Homey update to version 13.5.2 this morning, non of my Plejd device’s are working. Non of the devices is responding, already did a full homey reboot and a app reboot. I can access my devices via the plejd app on my phone remote. So its not a network issue.

Good to know! Now i can stop searching for the issue.

I have everything back online, a number of devices came online automatically, the others I repaired individually by logging in again per device.
