Greetings
New Homey Pro user here looking to transfer some of my automations from other apps into one location. I currently have an automation in the Philips Hue app where the kitchen lights turn on to 10% at 6:30 Mon-Fri and slowly raise in brightness to 100% by 7am. I am not sure how to accomplish this in the Homey Flows. Any guidance would be appreciated.

If not, you can use a transition (tested):
I prefer the Chronograph app for my transitions.
Result when transition duration was set to 3 instead of 30 minutes (just to speed up the test):
