No, first the dash has to be created and published as website (you can’t cast apps to the hub),
and second, to login is impossible (no keyboard);
They’ll have to come up with something like enabling a long lived token, like available with https://homey.ink, or
a Home Assistant like ‘Trusted networks’ feature (no login needed):

But maybe that’s impossible: HA doesn’t need to authenticate to a cloud system.
