as for the strips, mine had just stopped working with 1% battery, who do you contact for the sensative replacement directly or the seller?
also on the new ones I tried to disable the strip led from the advanced settings for greater autonomy but this does not disable it.
I contacted Sensative directly. They offers an extended 3-year warranty for the battery. After purchase, you have to register the strips and you will get a replacement if the battery makes problems.
To change the settings of a strip is really tricky. However, I did not make any changes to my strips.
