ONVIF Tapo C200 camera

When trying to add my C200 camera to the ONVIF app there is a error message

Error: ONVIF SOAP Fault: Authority failure

ONVIF founds the camera IP address and I have added the username and password that is used to the Tapo app.

What to do?

Are the clocks synced?

Make sure you use the camera login, not the app login. If you open the camera settings in the Tapo app then select Advanced settings abd then Camera Account. There you can set the username and password required to connect to the camera.

Thanks, it works👍

How to verify clocks on my TAPO C?
My problem is as follows;
ONVIF sees my camera. So far so good.
I can use the pan/tilt functions within ONVIF. So far so goo.
But… I have no image. It says no signal.

What are you using to view the image?
At first I thought you were using my ONVIF app but then you mentioned the pan/tilt, which I haven’t implemented, so I’m a bit confused.

I am using ONVIF.

But ONVIF is a protocol not an app, so that doesn’t help. What app are you using to view the ONVIF cameras?
