Hi, I’m new to Homey Pro and wondering why only one person is shown as present, when there are two of us and we both have approved positions etc, from separate mobiles, in the app. I, as the owner, do not appear, but my husband, as an invited administrator, does. Is it meant to be this way?
No, it should work.
For both users, enable “home/away detection”
Make sure Homey app location rights is set to “always allowed”
On Android 13+ phones, it’s possible you’ll need to start the Honey app once after each phone restart, to activate location permissions
Hello 
The app has had all access and correct settings, right from the start. But after trying everything else, I also changed the email to the same one that I use against samsung, as that was the only difference between me and my husband, - then I put myself manually as out of the house, then I deleted intermediate storage and data, logged out of the app and back in again. And then set up location access again. And finally, after a little while, bingo! - the app announced that I had just arrived home.
