Have you searched the forum or read the specifications?
If it"s Matter enabled you don’t need an app, Laurent. Just pair it.
Connected with Matter, seems ok.

This lock is complete new. So the app is not updated i think. Its also only sold at nuki at the moment. So be patient. Or use matter

Matter is not connecting with my nuki ultra

And did you read the ‘known issues’?
Like I wrote, Matter devices don’t need an app, apps don’t need to add support for Matter devices.
But confusingly, there are apps out there ‘supporting’ Matter devices.
After scanning the matter code he didn t sync with the nuki

Did you put the lock very near to phone and or Homey? (Initial connection = per Bluetooth)

It’s in the manual I linked to, Johan.
You can choose to use Homey’s thread border router, or IOS Thread border router when you use iphone (Athom calls it Thread network for some reason)

I selected the homey pro router.
And my homey pro router is at 3 meter distance

Try to reduce the distance between the lock, phone & Homey to max 1 meter during the pairing process

Hey, anyone managed to get it working?
When I go closer to the homeypro with ultra then it connects ~kinda, never kinda succeeds but then the lock appears to some extend in homey BUT later when I move out of homeypro range then the lock operations never function again.
Anyone have some working scenario?
Sounds like ‘out of bluetooth range’? With which protocol did you connect it?

I see. How many meters between your Thread border router and Nuki? Any walls in between?
