I can’t pair my Nuki Ultra with Matter. Even though my handle and my box are nearby. Homey tells me it can’t find a product. I have the Homey Pro (Early 2019). Have you encountered the same problem?
This model doesn’t have Matter implemented, Nicolas.
It’s sure that it will be difficult to connect suddenly.

How the hell did you get Nuki paired to Matter? Im trying to activate Matter in Nuki app, that gives me error that i need active internet connection, i tryied to add device in homey and let it search, meanwhile again activate matter in Nuki App, stay on all other add device screens, nothing, just cant activate matter in Nuki and pair it…

I paired it with Home Assistant, using a Google Hub as Thread border router.
My lock had and has no internet connection (no on-board wifi); I also haven’t got a Nuki bridge or such.
It shouldn’t need internet access just for Matter.
