Nous smart controller valve LZ3

Hi, I bought a new Nous Smart Zigbee Valve Controller LZ3 and tried to connect to my Homey Pro.
The Nous App is installed, but the controller valve is not recognized it shows up as a “unknown Zigbee device” . After about 30 seconds it is not anymore visible in the Homey Pro, it shows that the controller valve left the zigbee network.

Also did the same test with a Tuya controller valve, it is shown as “Nous LZ3” but also logged out of the Zigbee network after 30 seconds.

Is there a workaround for that or is my Homey Pro faulty? All other Zigbee devices are working fine.

Any Matter-over-Thread devices paired with Homey?
(Thread shares the chip with Zigbee, and that’s “not a brilliant” design).

Is there a possibility to check this within Homey Pro?
