Notification when app gets paused

Please add a Timeline notification when an app gets paused.

‘Nice to have’ is a flowcard for System/When app [app name] is [enabled|disabled]

One reason apps get paused by Homey, is when they use over 80MB of memory.
But, one only finds out when flows or devices stop functioning…

At the moment, this is a way to monitor ‘suspect’ apps and (re)start them:

Of course, the ‘solution’ would be someone fixes the app in question, but sometimes that takes months, or never happens at all (abandoned apps).
