Since 10 minutes I cannot send notifications to my phone anymore.
I get a cloud connection timeout.
I already did a PTP, but that didn’t solve it.
Do more people have the same issue?
And any clue how to solve this?

Sounds like a 16 year old kid, who wants to kil his self because whatsapp iant working for a few minutes.
Sometimes it is working, but not all the time. What I see is that I’m only locally connected, not by the Athom cloud, when this occurs. As far as I know nothing is changed in my configuration.
