No auto refresh for URL

Hi,

I use a web frame to show a very simple URL of a webcam. De photo is updated every 30 mins:

“https://www.meteobelgium.net/webcam_other/gand/photo.jpg”

I 've the URL in a web frame and the photo is published perfectly on my dashboard.
Unfortunately the photo won’t auto refresh. Whatever interval I use, I get a white screen.

I have an other, more complex, URL that refreshes without any problem:
“ https://embed.windy.com/embed.html?type=forecast&location=coordinates&detail=true&detailLat=51.034136160735606&detailLon=3.756238223196172&metricTemp=default&metricRain=default&metricWind=default"

Any thoughts?

How do I put this header into the URL form of the widget?

You should put it in the html file if possible
