Since yesterday I can’t access my Homey via the Web app in Chrome. It works fine with the ios mobile app and Safari. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
It works here. Maybe you changed something in your Internet connections
Sometimes i have the same problems. You could try to remove the cookies, or try another browser. Firefox works great for Homey.
Yes it seems to be a Chrome problem. I removed cookies now and at first I still had no access to my Homey after signing in to the web app, but when I signed in to my account at Athoms website I suddenly had access in the web app again.

I up against this problem today with Chrome. I have cleared the history, cache and cookies multiple times. No help. It started after I had to restore from yesterday’s backup. The web access does work on Safari so I should be able to get back to my advanced flow problem. I’ll try Chrome again tomorrow.

So, just to throw a wrench in the works… Chrome works great for me, but Safari is SUDDENLY giving me issues. I have Chrome installed, but almost never use it. I have been using Safari for like 2 years straight now - but this morning it won’t let me into Homey. I can log in via the iOS app, and I can log in on Chrome - but Safari is not working at the moment. I cleared the cache, I rebooted, I did all the things, but no joy so far…
