Solved:
It is a bit unclear about what’s up with the LED ring…
This is what Emile says about it:
In English:
“That is not entirely true. You can show LED Ring effects via a Flow, but we only have disabled the LED Ring control for apps.”

Exactly what is the most useful part of the ring, letting an app control it dynamically (such as current power usage, weather etc)
Yeah, i already edited my post about that.
But good news that the userdata is being kept!
Well, i use it for a lot, but my best usage: The LED-ring shows (by color) which trash-bin/container needs to be put to the street.
That way everyone knows it when a container needs to be put out to the street, without anyone getting a textmessage f.i. and they need to tell the rest of the family.
I think Emile means you can use flows to create ledring fx, but the apps cannot control it by themselves, via build in commands so to speak.
I by the way didn’t know apps could control the leds by themselves, I never had a ‘ghost’ ledring
I thought that Apps no longer can create screensavers, like the Ring-Collection app does.
Or that they cannot start Annimations (almost the same as a screensaver) any longer.
But time will tell.
