Netatmo issue

Hi, everyone!

Since the last firmware update, I haven’t been able to connect my Netatmo or Bticino devices. To be honest, I don’t know if it’s my mistake or if the Bticino/Netatmo server isn’t working. When I log in to the app (I’m sure my username and password are correct), I have to authorize the app, but I get the following message:

*"Something went wrong on the 3rd party’s server.
Please contact the manufacturer for support.

[Code: invalid_client]"*

I’m the only one or it is a common error? Could someone help me?

That’s an issue on either Athom’s or Netatmo’s side, nothing you can fix. You should report your issue to Athom:

Are you using the official Netatmo app from Athom or the community Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo-app?

In case of the latter, you can reach out to the developer via this topic: [APP][Pro] Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo - Home control, based on Netatmo Cloud API or via the contact details on the app store page.

Just FYI: I am using the official Netatmo app (with a Netatmo weather station) and have no issues connecting.

I’m using the second app because with the first one I cannot add my switches from Bticino.

I’ve contacted with the developer, hopefully they can help me to solve the problem
