Hello, I installed two Nest Gen 4 thermostats and so far very impressed. Unfortunately, they will not import into Homey via the Nest app. Perhaps they are not yet supported? Is anyone else experiencing this?
I’ve just shared this internally. From what I can see, there shouldn’t be any issues with the new model working with our current integration. The Nest API maintains consistent specifications and classes across all their thermostats.
I’ll also arrange for a sample to be used in internal testing. Thanks for the heads-up!

I just found a resolution by uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app. Everything now works perfectly.

Having the same issue of Homey not discovering the new gen 4 thermostats. You reinstalled the Nest app or Google home app? Any other direction? Thanks
Initially, deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app for Homey resolved the issue. However, it was only temporary and is no longer working.
