Hi! I’m wondering if anyone is working on a Homey integration for the Vacuula project. I have a Neato D5 Connected and a Homey Pro 2023, and I’d love to run the Vacuula functionality directly on Homey if technically possible, without additional hardware. Has anyone looked into this yet?
I can only find 2 options. ESP board directly on your D5 or an open-neato self hosted server where you redirect the dns to this local server. Other than that neato is pretty much dead. Open-neato looks promising so would look at that when I return from holiday as my poor D3 is silent.

Vacuula is a community project that aims to bring Neato robot vacuums back to life after the Neato cloud service was shut down. It provides a self-hosted alternative to the original Neato cloud, allowing supported models such as the D5 to work locally without relying on Neato’s servers.
What mobile app does the Vacuula use? Maybe it’s possible to reverse engineer it
It is still a project and will go live in september.
