Nanoleaf Line won't get discovered

Hi I have a set of Nanoleaf Lines,
properli working in their app.
I tried adding them in Homey Pro but with no success. The page says “No new devices found”.

Reading in the community I tried:

  • Unplugging the hub
  • Setting a fixed IP address for the Nanoleaf
  • Uninstalling the app
  • Using the beta version of the app
  • Unplugging the Nanoleaf
  • Pressing the Nanoleaf button 6 seconds even if the Homey app wasn’t requiring to do it yet.

No success so far. Any advice? Thanks!

One year later I’m replying to this message of yours, saying that I have the same issue. My guess is you haven’t solved it?

For the record, I have the shapes.

They have been working before but then I started fiddling with some thread networks and stuff like that and now basically the situation is hopeless.
