Namron dimmer turns itself on

Hi,

The last couple of days, I’ve have a problem that the app or the device itself is turning the dimmer on.

This is the information about the Z-wave dimmer:

This is the product:
Namron Z-Wave LED Dimmer 200W, 1402756

2 days ago, you can see it’s only been set on/off by the flow.
Then, it started to be set on/off by “Namron” and I had to manually turn it back on/off.

Could it be a physical problem (the knob or the rotary mechanism)?

i have the same problem. the flow turns everything off, and then namrom turns back on a few of the zones by it self…
