My Homey seems pretty broken

Hi all,

My Homey started to sound really wierd last night. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to be ok any time soon. I tried to find the email adress to athom support but couldn’t find it. How can I reach them so that I can get a new device?

First Unplug Homey,
and look if you have an other USB adapter 5 Volt 2A (or ~2000mA) more is no problem.
Try that one, if that works
