I started to play with Homey MQTT Hub, and it seems very promising 
It is possible to setup also the topic in the way, that the message is sent only by change? f.e. temperature, activation of motion sensor, switch on/off the light etc etc?
If there is a particular reason for not asking this in one of the excisting MQTT hub topics then i leave it open. Please let me know.
