Hello,
I have a problem with that when I go outside the home wifi (to which homey is connected) I can’t connect to homey via mobile data (phone)
Can you please advise me what to do with it?

Your homey is linked to your account.
Are you using the correct account?

Otherwise you should contact Athom support.

Just wondering if you have other smart devices, and if so can you control them when from home?

Maybe your blocking something in your internet router that prevents you to control it from the outside. (Dont ask me how to check that)
