Is there a tool with which I can migrate the flows and apparatus which are on my Homey Bridge to my newly purchased Homey Pro (early 2023) ???
No.
This is an idea to re-create the flows quite easy:
Open two browser screens with my.homey.app and use half the monitor size each.
Select Homey cloud on one, and Homey Pro on the other.
Open a flow on Homey Cloud screen and rebuild it at Homey Pro screen.
Flow names and other text can be copy+pasted.
Variable names can be copy+pasted as well.

I’m a 3 minutes Homey Pro user after 3 years on homey bridge and I’m already disappointed. Un acceptyable that a device that cost as a new kidney doewsn’yt have a simple configuration backup.
When you meant you wanted to restore a backup from your Homey Cloud instance to Homey Pro , that is not possible.
btw this is just a users forum, complaints about your kidneys go to homey.app/support
