I have received my Homey Pro (Early 2023). How do I migrate all my devices and flows from my old Homey Pro to the new one? Based on what I read in the update emails I received, my understanding was that the migration was automatic.
You need a prenumeration of Backup on old Homey. It is a monthly fee.
When you have a active Backup you will be asked to use your backup after factory reset.

Do I have to do a factory reset on the new one? As I already have a backup, why wasn’t the migration performed when I set up the new Homey? Also, I don’t understand why there isn’t any information on this matter in the setup information page, unless I missed it.
When I started up Early 2023 I was asked to use my Early 2016 backup. After factory reset also.
