Matter wifi devices very unstable

Unifi Cloud Gateway Max with multiple AP and VLAN. No mesh. This setup runs for about a month without any issue with Homey Pro 2023.
Prior to that, very similar setup but with Unifi Dream Router and also without any problem.

It’s probably not what any of us want to hear but it’s understandable that Homey support can’t be looking at our own network unless the bug is already identified. The community is probably your best bet.

Do you also have Zigbee network (philips hue for example) or close neighbours with other wifi networks that could cause interference? I would chech for channels overlaps.

If you have mesh network or other more advanced network features and the problem happen often, I would temporarily simplify the network to narrow it down.
