I have been trying to wrap my head around this issue for weeks.
I have 4 Linkind Matter smart bulbs connected to Homekit natively and share them via matter to Homey Pro. A few weeks ago, one of the bulbs just disappeared from HP. The remaining 3 are still there and work fine.
I have been trying to add that lost bulb back to HP via matter and it will just not work. I have been trying for a week. I have factory reset bulb, added to Homekit and tried to share via mater iOS and still no luck and looking for ideas. I was able to do this before…added all 4 to HP almost a year ago so don’t know what’s changed.
I’m thinking it’s a networking issue because I have having issues with Eve Motion Sensors shared via homekit to HP as well as Govee matter to Homekity ( I know not HP issue but thinking that’s it networking) but I just don’t know.
Setup:
Everything is on same wifi and vlan. And I mean everything and all firewall rules are turned off. Using Ubiquity Cloud Gateway Ultra with U7 Pro AP. Homey Pro, HomePod, homekit, all my devices are on same 2.4 Wifi connection. IPv6 enabled. I am able to start the process but it fails at the last step.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not a smart network guru so please bear that in mind. LOL.
