I have a large Advanced Flow with a few hundred cards.
However, while building it, the start button to test a part of the flow ended up somewhere underneath a card.
Is there a way to find it easily?
Moving all the cards one by one to check if the start button is underneath them puts too much strain on my PC.
Hopefully, someone knows a way to easily locate the start button.
Request the flow in HomeyScript. You will get all cards, and they have their X and Y position mentioned. You can even sort the result on X and Y, and then you know which card will be above it.
An alternative is to export your flow (check: Web App ALT + Context Menu: Export/Import Flows), open the exported file in a text editor and check the X & Y coordinates.
Now i feel old and outdated 
And just FYI: if you use the Advanced Trigger app, you could place some parts of the flow in another flow, especially if you have parts of the flow that are identical but uses different tokens for input and output. It might help to relieve to load on you pc.
So THIS! If a flow doesn’t mostly fit in one screen cos it’s becoming a bit of a beast, splitting it into sub flows makes life a lot easier, especially when things go amiss

I didn’t realize you could create multiple references to other flows.
Modifying things now isn’t feasible; it would definitely break my flows. Everything is running smoothly at the moment, so maybe I’ll tackle that project in a few months—I’m afraid it’s going to take quite a bit of work.
Oh yes, i use this a lot. For instance, for my announcement system, for speech through the house. My flow to determine where to play sound and speech is quite extentive.
But after wrting a good complicated flow, i now only have to start that flow with one flowcard with multiple arguments (like the text to say, the sound to play, etc) and it will execute those flows without further hassle.
And about converting existing flows, i get that point.
But just fyi: do you know you can cut/copy/paste whole parts of an Advanced flow to another flow?

I frequently copy parts of a flow. The only downside is that you have to copy and paste within the same tab.
I have three screens, so it’s a shame you can’t have two flows open at the same time and copy and paste between them.
You have two options for triggering other flows.
There’s the Homey native start a flow:
Which allows you to start another flow, or start another flow with a single value of a specified type. That flow has to already have the corresponding When card of Started with XYZ:
Or, the more advanced and more flexible route is to use the Advanced Triggers app. This allows you to make one self defined NameID request, but have multiple flows with the corresponding When with the matching NameID, and you can specify a gap between them starting in milliseconds, so you don’t slaughter your Homey with a dozen simultaneous flows all trying to do different things. It is also far more flexible with what parameters you can pass and how many of them you can pass at once:
Allowing up to 10 numeric, 10 string, and 10 boolean at once. The possibilities are almost endless.

The app also has return cards, which allowes for parameters/values to be returned to the calling flowcard.

I didn’t know this existed; it saves a lot of copying and pasting between flows.
If I have the time over the coming months, I’ll definitely reorganize everything more logically. Right now, I know how everything is set up, but I imagine another Homey user wouldn’t understand a thing if they looked at it, haha.
