I was having trouble with my Homey Pro. Reset to factory settings. did not get dialogue for a backup. Now I can’t find my backups on my account. If I did not delete the account, can I get the backups back?
There is no dialog to create a new backup before the reset,
only a question for restoring when setting up a New (reset) Homey Pro if you have them on the Account you use to setup Homey.
Check on a Browser here : My backups | Homey when loged in woth the Homey Owner Account from before the reset (if you have chosen to get a subscription and Homey Pro was making Backups to the cloud.)
Additionally, next to the cloud backup supscription; when you own a Pro 2023, you can (and should) create an offline USB backup (at regular intervals), but it’s your own call / responsibility.
AFAIK there’s no OS which alerts you to create a backup before resetting to factory/ reinstalling.
