Lidl Service - Real service still exists 🥰

I just wanted to share a positive experience.

Over 2 years ago, I bought myself 2 Silvercrest zigbee extension cords with 3 switchable sockets and 4 USB connectors, with Lidl online shop.

One of those suddenly started to turn the sockets on & off, a bit like Morse code; resetting & re-pair did not make a difference, it refused to pair again.

I only asked if the unit was repairable:
Whilst not under warranty anymore, they offered me a replacement unit.
But, because those weren’t sold anymore,
I got my money back within 2 weeks.

Same experience here in Finland. Has an USB power supply that failed after couple of years. Got my money back.
