Kwikset 916 unavailable after connection and install of suggested app

Device shows unavailable after successful pairing, unable to remove device or delete app

I have two 916’s and one 914. Sometimes one, two or all will be unavailable and usually all three after a power outage. I go into the Z Wave Developer Tools, test and update the routes on all three. Then restart the Kwikset app. That works for me.

Finally got the device to uninstall,will try to pair again with the hub closer, but it is only four feet away now. Thanks for your help with
