Not Matter, but after 2 years waiting, and the fact that Matter does not support Security devices yet, you might be interested in connecting via ESPHome Controller, I just spent a whole week testing it in every corner, it works really great and fully supports Konnected Alarm Panel 12 ports on Homey (And probably the 6 ports version too since they share the same API).
