(I solved the problem: In the Domovea configuration screen (go to its IP address with a browser or use the Hager Pilot tool) you can select the gears symbol in the upper right corner (see screenshot). After that I selected the “Reset KNX/IP Interface”. I don’t know what exactly happened but I saw that the “Ok” led on the Domovea Server switched off for a few seconds. After that I tested again and it worked. .
Hi,
I have a problem with getting the KNX app working in Homey. I read a lot of information about different problems but this problem I can’t seem to tackle.
I have installed a brand new Homey Pro (2023) connected via the ethernet connector (Athom), no wifi. Homey works fine. I have 2 interfaces to KNX. One is the Hager Domovea Server on a fixed IP address and the second one is a 1Home server on a fixed IP address. I installed the KNX app on the entire empty and brand new Homey. I created a simple on/off light using first the Domovea Servers IP address which showing in the KNX app with the KNX address belonging to that light. Does not work. After that I did the same procedure with the 1Home server (also showing in the KNX app) and also not working. The control from Domovea and 1Home for the light itself works fine.
Using a KNX bus monitor I can see that nothing is happening on the bus when I try to use the KNX app controls.
(Update:) The status changes (reading from the bus) but sending something (switch on/off) on the bus is not working.
Using the Matter creation option of the 1Home to another Homey Pro (2023) also works fine. So I don’t understand why the KNX app in my Homey environment is not working.
Does somebody have an idea why this is not working. I think it must be something small and simple what I am overlooking if fill a little stupid right now😬?
Thanks.
KNX app: v1.3.0
Homey: 12.2.1
