Hi,
I hope somebody can help me with this issue. I know it’s an issue beyond Homey’s boundaries, but I thought, let’s give it a shot with so many smart people on this platform. Maybe somebody had the same thing and fixed it.
So, my issue…
We have a hybrid car (Peugeot 3008 latest model) which charges on 1 phase.
We have a charger (ratio solar) which is connected on 3 phases.
We have a sensor box for load balancing.
Solar panels are there. Which are from Enphase.
Homewizard battery (2x)
Now the issue… When I plug in the cable to charge the car, and it’s sunny outside, or the batteries are full (1% and higher) nothing happens when starting to charge. And I’ve tried everything.
Switching back to basic, smart, solar-smart, in the charger app. Played around with the settings for the amount of A for the house, charger etc in the charger app.
In the winter it worked pretty okay. But know with the summer time it’s sucks when you press the charge button in the app and nothing happens. Charger goes standby and you have to try again to start, stop, start stop etc…
Added my charger to Tap Energy, maybe they can override some things and push to start charging. Which worked in the past, but not anymore.
Added homewizard P1 api V2 to put the Battery in standby.
Nothing happens. Looks like the battery is going in standby. Fun thing is that I still see 0 consumption on the dashboard little screen from Homewizard. Which means that the battery is still working and is not in standby.
Right now I’m at a point where I want to call the dumpster truck and dump the Homewizard batteries, the Ratio charger in the dumpster and start all over with everything from Enphase.
But that is not a solution
And my wallet doesn’t like that ![]()
I hope anyone has ever seen this before and knows what to do. My wife needs her car in the morning and when it doesn’t charge… I rest my case ![]()
Any help is highly appreciated!
Thanks
Henk
