I described how to couple a Jablotron alarm to Homey in this post: Commercial Home Alarm System that I can use sensors from? - #6 by zigvespa
It does not work with a Jablotron app, but you have to add Fibaro Binary output mudules to the Jablotron system. This allows the Fibaro app to read the state of your alarm system and use this in flows (e.g. blink all Hue lights when the alarm goes off).

this seems spot on what I was hoping for. Yes’, I’m familiar with these Fibaro smart implants, having used them to make my ‘dumb’ ventilation system ‘semi-smart’ 
A quick initial look seems to confirm that the Jablotron 100 system has binary output signals very similar to (even identical ?) to my "standard output signals from a standard home & small business alarm system ".
