Installing app Ziggo horizon setopbox IR fails

Hi,

When I Try to install an IR app on homy R2 like Ziggo horizon or Samsung Tv IR. Than the installation fails all the time.
I get the following error message with details:

Try again does not help.
Any help on how to solve this is very appreciated!
