Hi There,
i wanna include Smart Implant but always say homee, there ist a Communikation error, please try again. Im on Homee V7.2.1 and Fibaro App v3.1.12.
Does anybody know, how i can this Device include?
A longshot, but you could try to pair the Smart Implant using this app:

Z-wave associations are a very important. The main reason is that if Homey isn’t working for some reason, the lights can still be controlled.
As of version 7.0, Homey supports more z-wave security levels. That is great for locks and such, but not so much for z-wave associations, because associations need the same security level for both associated devices in order to work.

Thanks 4 help. The Problem was, that the PIN Input wasnt show. Today (after Homey update) the PIN input was show and i could include the device with 00000.
