When the number of (adv) flows get large, it’s very time consuming to go through them all to find where you used a specific flow card. Is there a way to find all flows that contain a specific flow card?
If you mean Variables, in the web-App you can find them in Flows, under Filter:

This is the closest you can get to my knowledge.
Unfortunately, Logic is not considered an app
You can always file a request for finding fows with (specific) Logic cards,
at the dev Arie in the app topic, you’'ll never know if it’s even possible.
