I can't get my motion sensors to work on Homey Pro

I have 3 motion sensors from Zooz that I paired with my Homey Pro (2023) via the Official Zooz app.

  • (2) Zooz 700 Series Z-Wave Plus 4-in-1 Sensor ZSE40
  • (1) Zooz ZSE18 Motion Sensor

I’ve successfully paired these sensors using the Zooz official app with the Homey Pro hub, but I’m unable to get the motion alarm to appear on the Homey dashboard. This issue prevents lights from turning on automatically in my bathrooms. In the Homey dashboard, all sensors display “Last value unknown” for motion.

To troubleshoot, I’ve re-paired them multiple times and I’ve replaced the batteries with fresh ones to rule out power issues. Interestingly, all other data points (humidity, temperature, battery levels, etc.) are reporting correctly, except for motion.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have a solution for getting motion detection to function properly with Homey Pro?

I guess nothing we can do, if solely the motion event isn’t working.
It’s either a sensor, or app issue imho.
