HZC motion sensor

The sensor reports every motion although it’s called occupancy and a timeout of 5 mins for alarm off.
I recon the battery will not last so long if having to send motion alarm every 10 sec or so.
There’s a default setting of alarm disabled at 300 s but this setting seems not to have any effect?
Is this due to the controller ability and the programming of the HZC integration?

With a little luck there seems to be an ‘HZC Electric’ app update coming our way soon.
Let’s hope it will fix this issue.
Two years later I can conclude one HZC motion sensor started failing after about 1 year, and now another one fails giving multiple false motion alarms after nearly 4h inactive.
This makes them useless for Alarm detection puposes.
Otherwise I’ve been using the Tamper Alarm with timeout ‘disabled’ as occupancy indicator which I was looking for above.
