As far as I know it is not possible to configure which zigbee channel to use? The Homey’s will create each own zigbee network and hopefully not transmitt on channels or coexist. I think the controller (Homey here) will move to a non-busy channel.

As @Anders_Gregow already guessed, the Zigbee channel on the HP23 cannot be manually set or changed. With the HP19 this is possible, but a change of the channel after Zigbee devices are already added is not recommended, because otherwise some Zigbee devices can lose the connection, even if this does…

A factory reset while on RC10 did the trick, repairing zigbee now works. :slight_smile:

Hi, my Homey Pro 2019 died, I purchased a new Homey Pro 2023 to replace this. I restored from backup and deleted my old Homey Pro as it was confusing. Homey appears to work fine but when I click any any Z-wave device (I have a lot) it says “invalid node ID”. How can I fix this please?

I just received my new homey 2023. I had the old 2019 with backups. installed the 2023 waited and saw all the icons coming back. however I cant seem to get the devices t repair: [image] I dont have that in contrast to this picture: [image]

The menu item “repair” is only available for zigbee devices, if I’m correct.

So, just to feedback. This was a user error, and hopefully will help others. I was under the impression that apps would be automatically installed on the 2023 after restoring a backup from the old device. Are you saying that did not happen for you? You had to manually reinstall all apps?
