How to measure a 0-10 V signal

How would you measure(!) a 0-10 V signal from an external sensor, preferable with z-wave of wifi. I found endless devices that output 0-10 V, but none that could measure it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks - that was fast. Couldn’t find the Plus on Shelly’s side previously, might need a bit more sleep.
