Any idea on how to integrate waste collection in Warszawa with Homey? Need help but solution that integrates in via HA is not an option to me.

If the waste service provider provides a file for importing the schedules into a calendar, such as Apple or Google Calendar, you could use the IcalCalender app to import those schedules into Homey.
By creating a few flows, you can set up reminders for the previous day via push notifications, voice announcements, or the AWTRIX display.
