That is what I did. I tried both options, but in both cases “Unknown Zigbee Device”. ![]()
It should work indeed.
Try the latest app version please: Tuya Zigbee | Homey
YES, with this version it pairs properly and it now shows metering value!
Hope the rest will still work as this is a test version of Tuya Zigbee, but so far everything else seems to work.
Thanks Peter!
Great that it works now for you. Have fun Bert!
Good afternoon,
How do you handle the flow? You turn on the washing machine => put the laundry in. Afterwards, you set it up, and the idea is that the washing machine checks if there is any solar power left. If yes, it keeps running. If no, it waits. I have been searching for a while but cannot find a solution for this.
Thanks in advance
Hoi!
Sorry, but this question seems little bit out of toppic here ![]()
In my household i just monitoring the washer. Maximum goal is to send out notifications, when it finishes.
If You want change the washing machine behaviour (when starts), then You need something smart (communicating) built into machine. For example machine with ThinQ, HomeConnect, SmartThings,… not tested them by myself, may-be someone other can comment.
One possibility MAY exist with “dumb” machine, but honestly, i do not recommend that, may go to complex and unpredicted. You may use something like switchbot to siting there and press the final start button, when the time is right. NB! suspecting, that most of novadays washers are to intelligent to stay powered on and program ready to long.
