I’m having the same problem. I have 4 Leviton dimmer modules and 4 Zooz Zen72 dimmer wall switches. Aqara motion sensors are detected in the Simple (Sys) Log immediately, the flow also seems to be active immediately, but the Z wave devices don’t appear to be actively switching for some seconds (sometimes nearly a minute). A problem in dark rooms. Zigbee and Thread devices aren’t having this problem with Homey flows. It’s a drag.
