Homey smart plug automation: solar surplus + minimum runtime on rainy days

Hi,
I’m considering getting a homey pro for multiple reasons, but i’m wondering if it’s posible for one specific case:
I have a smart plug and a p1 meter that’s compatible (homewizard).

I would like to use the smart plug to turn on my pool filter any time i have excess solar power. But it also needs to run a few hours a day even on a rainy day or when i’m just using too much.

So basically: run any time there’s excess solar power, turn off when there’s no longer an excess, but run for a minimum of 4 hours between (for instance) 8am and 5 pm even without solar

Can homey do that? would it be “easy” to set that up with perhaps advanced flows?

Easy, enough examples can be found on this forum.

Also easy. (Start counter when plug is activated, at 17:00 minus the counted time switch on the plug anyway)

just check if both are also compatible with homey (I do nott have homewizard devices, so cannot confirm if these all work with homey

Not sure what you mean by this:

Are you referring to use of the pool? That could be tricky to monitor, but should could always have a manual flow that starts the filter for a certain time.

As for the other requirements, Fkey has pretty much explained the logic of the process. For the timers you would probably need to install an additional app for simplicity. Flowbits would cover your needs. You can set, pause and resume timers.
