* Fixed an issue where some Zone Flow cards failed to skip unavailable devices.
### Flow
* Added new multi-select Flow cards for “day/week/month and season is” conditions.
### App
* Added `target_power` and `target_power_mode` capabilities for controlling devices like [EV chargers and home batteries](https://apps.developer.homey.app/the-basics/devices/energy).
### Device
* Fixed capability values being set to slightly out-of-range values due to rounding order.
* Fixed "last seen at" not updating correctly for some devices.
### Zigbee
* Devices that previously left the Zigbee network are now automatically made available again when they continue to communicate.
* Repairing a Zigbee device with a physically different unit is now supported, as long as the model and manufacturer names match.
* Various Zigbee stability improvements and bug fixes.
