UPDATE 12-12-2025 Here’s a summary of what we know so far: There is a reference in the Web App code to subscription. There should also be a Lifetime subscription, if the code in the second post is true. The internal model id is “shs”, which means “Self Hosted Server“ There’s a domain name (homeyshs.net) that was created 1 month ago. It has 2 subdomains (raspberrypi.homeyshs.net and ota-api.homeyshs.net). Both currently point to a GitHub IP and only have a script to redirect to the homepage. The ota-api is also used by Homey Pro, but there it is firmware.athom.com for older Homey Pro’s and ota-api.homeypro.net for the newer ones. There’s a github commit in an official Homey repository which mentions the shs model number, created 1 week ago There is a NAS icon hosted on the Homey Web App site, see below. This is the icon for the Self Hosted Server in the list of Homeys (the list that appears when you click your profile picture in the web app. ############################################ I found this while reverse engineering the Homey web app: [image] https://my.homey.app/assets/homey-shs-6b43ecb8.svg const g8e = “/assets/homey-cloud-52fc1fbf.svg” , v8e = “/assets/homey-bridge-home-f2512176.svg” , y8e = “/assets/homey-pro-3b052695.svg” , b8e = “/assets/homey-pro-2023-fill-0a5d73b0.svg” , w8e = “/assets/homey-pro-mini-ac108847.svg” , x8e = “/assets/homey-shs-6b43ecb8.svg” , Die = “/assets/log-out-a6217b29.svg” , e0 = “/assets/external-link-793363fd.svg”; It appears like that should be shown in this list: [image] Homey SHS… Is that Self Hosted Solution or something like that?

[image] synnc: migrating my Zigbee / Thread devices It’s not recommended to use multi-protocol chips though. When you have many zigbee and Matter-over-Thread devices, and you experience performance issues, or unresponsiveness, it’s best to use separate dedicated devices / dongles. [image] Emile: P.S. The Docker image homey-shs has been public for three weeks on Packages · Athom B.V. · GitHub lol. Hidden in plain sight! :joy::rofl:

[image] strn88: Wondering if I could use my own antenna’s (Zigbee, Z-Wave) in stead of using the Homey Bridge. But that would destroy Homey Bridge sales  Nonetheless, (I hope) it’s inevitable at some point support will be added for popular (USB/(W)LAN) Zigbee, Thread and Zwave dongles, like Sonoff and Aeotec.

[image] danieldk: lifetime lifetime as in ‘as long as Athom exists’? This statement below means, to me, your SHS becomes useless when the online subscription checker seizes to exist: [Screenshot_20251217_200835_Firefox] Or, when one pays the €149,- , will one become owner of the software (if that’s possible at all)? @Doekse ?

That would be a workarround that could work. But it seems like i’m missing that option on my 2023 pro? Checked for updates but it says it’s up to date. [image]

You’ll need a kayboard which has an “ALT” key to activate the additional menu items. A BT or USB keyboard connected to your phone / tablet would do (for Android). Don’t ask why it’s constructed like that :man_shrugging:

Probably because Athom thinks it’s “too advanced“ for most users

lol! I knew that trick for devices like lights to turn them on or off instead of giving me the menu. But im glad there’s this simple trick for flows. Since i use the webversion a lot for advanced flows, this is more easy to export the flows and get them on the SHS. Now the main question remains: how to move the apps over to SHS so the flows that’ll be imported to SHS keep working properly? I’m curious if someone already tried this?

You just install the related apps to SHS; The apps’ devices should be added yourself again; Because the devices will get different ID’s, you can replace the ‘old’ with the ‘new’ devices in your flows, with this super script by Martijn. → it works in both API playground & Homeyscript. So it’s important to save all device ID’s and -names of the Homey Pro on beforehand.
